Yes,you can train,but do so in a brief fashion,and don't be expecting to gain strength or muscle,as you're in an ATP depleted state.Keep sessions very limited in duration,30-40minutes max.Leave the cardio out.

I just finished a 7 day run-200mg for the first 3 days then 400mg for the next 4 and did workout but I had to push myself to the extreme while actually pulling back on my workouts as Huck suggested
