I cannot locate quercitin at any of the 3 health food stores i visited. Is there a viable substitute?

Also, I bought Glycerin(emollient) and it had a warning against ingesting. Is it okay to ingest Glycerin?

YES.. the reason for the warning slips the mind, but it is the same thing as glycerol.. (though make sure of purity).. btw- the NOW brand which is carried at moth health food stores tends to be cheap and quite pure

yeah i got the old "now" vegetable glycerin for my DNP. Got any "Henrys" Natural Foods places by you?? i couldnt find Quercetin anywhere until I went there. u should be able to get a bottle of 100-500mg caps for around 20 bones.
