DNP....Return Of The Fat?

SUST-MAN

is DNP like the rest of the "GET THIN QUICK" shit?

Do you drop the pounds quick....then gain it back quick?

Thanks!

I know that it depends on your diet...

If you eat like a pig, its going to come back....

What i mean is....

Some diets make you drop the weight...but wneh you get off it, it comes right back....sometimes even more!

Atkins diet has been said to do this....Once you start eating carbs....the weight comes back.

Of course, most fat people that have lost weight, look in the mirror....say "DAMN I LOOK GOOD" and think they can eat french fuckin fries....then the weight comes back.

With my experience after dnp. I came off and carbed up. I looked large. Did not gain fat back , till i started eating lots of crap and fatty foods mixed with carbs.

I think most of the weight that you get after diets like the atkins is mostly water weight ... refilling of the glycogen and stuff. You are completely depleted after a no carb diet. Also some people may experience fat gain if they carb up and don't watch the fat intake. When i carbed up after a dnp cycle my fat was very low and it worked great. I keep my body fat% and just blew up. I carbed up with my cals at around 12 X body weight. The carbs also help you raise your metabolism. The post DNP carb up is VERY important...

Also dieting with low carbs and low cals your metabolism slows down so much. most people(including me) make the big mistake of not tapering up the calories if they want to start bulking or eating normal. A sudden increase if cals with a low metabolism should lead to fat gain.

A good piece of advice Beezers explained to me in the past is, a key to staying lean or leaning down is to have more muscle mass! It makes your metabolism higher; you can diet faster eating more cals, and stay leaner year round. So this is a new goal i have set for my self! To get FUCKING HUGE. Dieting/staying cut will be no problem then.

No it is not like the other weight loss supplements. With other supplements your metabolism is raised maybe 3-5% but when you come off your body's metabolism has adjusted. Making you gain it back quiker.

DNP does not operate in the same way and the best part about it is your metabolism is raised more like 50%. Not to mention the anabolic rebound.

Great info. How long after your last dose of DNP did you begin your carbup. I've heard 2-3 days afterwards and maintain 600 grams of carbs for 3 days after the DNP left your system.

While you are here talking about the anabolic rebound i might as well add this. I ran DNP the last week of my cycle. Took my last DNP dosage on thursday night and monday morning is when i began my post cycle nolva/armidex. All esters were out of my system.

This was the perfect time to have an anabolic rebound. I carbed up coming off a cycle and ended up increasing all my lifts, as well as adding on 1/4 in on my arms from the carb up while coming off. Something to consider for keeping gains. It worked well for me.

i had been dieting before the weeks i did dnp too. I am actually bigger off my cycle then i was on.

great info diesel; what kind of carbs did you take for the carb up day? and how many grams per meal? i read it should all come from simple carbs...what are your views on this?

thanks

Personal experience... I finished a DNP cycle a few weeks ago... burned the bodyfat off down to about 5-6%... my abs look awesome.

Post DNP I've eaten VERY clean... low carb and mostly low glycemic carb... and I've been experimenting with r-ALA.

I'm not only keeping the b/f off... it actually looks like I've dropped a tiny bit more b/f.

i got today off due to the hurricane in NJ...

I've spent the whole morning reading about DNP...

I'm set...Ready to go...

The only thing i am not sure about is...

I am about to start a huge cycle...

Should i do DNP for the long haul? OR the weekly 3 day per week thing that Andy13 has in the "Best of Elite" section.

I need to drop about 4-6% body fat.....But dont know if i can deal with the heat....afterall...i do have to go to work in my office...Cant sweat like a pig all day!

I prefer short cycles, especially because the whole sweating at work thing. People notice that shit. Plus I don't like being out of breath all the time. And the lack of sleep kills me too.

I mixed simple and complex up.

i did 68 grams of dextros pre workout and 100 grams post workout. That dextrose was also a ceatien mix. lots of oatmeal, and brown rice. I mixed the brown rice with fat free yogurt, which has 0 fat and all carbs in the form of sugar. I used maple syrup with oatmeal.

I general i made sure i got the most carbs from anywhere with as little fat as possible. I kept the sugar low after a couple days and stuck with brown rice mixed with lemon juice, and oatmeal with sugar free maple syrup instead of the real stuff.

the amount would depend on your weight. on average with the exception of my post workout shake, i had about 50-60 grams of carbs / meal. i did not count cals to the "T" but i put my protein at 1 gram / pound of mass and filled the rest of the cals with carbs. For protein i stuck with tuna, chicken and whey to keep the fat intake down. It's very important to keep fat LOW when coming off DNP.
