I wouldn't worry too much about your reproductive system being effected. I am not certain of the percentage of problems (and even if they can truely be linked directly to DNP) but I am sure it would be low, if at all. I know of several people, male and female, that have used DNP responsibly with no long term problems. And that includes cataracts. Which actually is a lesser percentage then in the regular population not using DNP.
As far as diet, if it is your first time, then go with medium carbs. Do not go high carbs because the higher in carbs you go, the more heat you will be producing in the metabolizing of carbs. You are not sure how you will feel on DNP. So if you think you can stand more heat next time, then go ahead and go higher carbs. The point is to listen to your body, it will tell you what to do.
