seriously man, not to rip on you or anything, but if you are asking questions like this then you DEFINITLY need to do more reading on the substance. this is not somehting to just take and see what happens, you need to know exactly how much to take, what to eat, what supps are NECESSARY to take with it and what sides to expect.
for your own sake, take a little more time to do some research before messing with this stuff. and TAKE IT SLOW... you can always up your doses on the next cycle.
