I have been using DNP now for 5 days, tonight is my 5th night. For the first 3 days I dosed @ 250mgs and then the fourth and fifth I went 500mgs @ two dosings. My question is, So far I am not really feeling the extreme sweating at night or day. I mean I sweat a little more easily but it has also been hot here in the East Coast for the past few days. I am on a low carb diet and am taking in alot of fruits and protein as well as my multivites and supps and individual minerals recommended for DNP usage. I have 5 more days until I stop using DNP and would just like to know if I should bump up my dosing to 750mgs @ 3 dosings, and if I do how should I break down the time diff. between dosings? Rigth now I take them 6-7 hours apart. And lastly, I even still have energey to still be going to the gym and bust my ass (I sweat a whole lot more though and I get tired after the first hour or so so I know my DNP is working. Well, any input you guys can give or advice I would greatly appreciate it.
