DNP question from expierenced user

I was curious if zig zagging the dosages would be a bad idea. I've done DNP at least 10 times over the past 7-8 years. My best time ever was only doing 1 cap a day at 250mg but running it for 30 days. Using all the sups and T-3 with it. Here is what i wanted to try because 500mg a day drains me after about a week of any desire to continue using it.

and so on. I know about the half life and I think this way will be much easier to maintain because the "250 day" will allow the amount in my system to dissipate before I up it back to 500.

Thoughts and opinions?? If you don't like DNP or would never do it, thats fine but start your own thread.
 
this is the same "low & slow" 30 day run i do in the dead of winter. it works well for me.

but.......

there ain't no way on god's green earth i'd run DNP now.........the temp's in the mid/high 90's every friggin' day here.
 
zig zagging is a wise Idea...i see more beneift that way or even rotating it every other day @ 500 to keep blood levels constant and avoid many of the sides
DNP is very dangerous if its taken for more than 6 days str8 IMHO
 
i've done several "low & slow" runs as described above; blood work is (so far) sill good.
 
heres a thought (since i dont really like advising people directly about how to use dnp) - if you have a drug with a 36 hour half life, dont you think that it would be a smart idea to dose it with the same dose (eg 250mg) every 18 or 36 hours, rather than trying to step up and step down the dose just so taht you can take it every 24 hours?

also, dnp is what we class as a low therapeutic index drug - meaning that the difference between a good, working dose and a deadly dose is very small...and taking an amount like 500mg all at once isnt terribly clever
 
GD!!! How the hell are you man. I don't think I've talked with you since another DNP thread in the past. Just so you know I never take the dosage at once so it would look like this.

Mon 8am 250mg
tues 8am 250mg 8pm 250mg
wed 8 am 250mg
thurs 8am 250mg 8 pm 250 mg
fri 8am 250mg and so on.

When i was doing the math facturing in the half lifes there seemed to be almost a steady dosage. With 250mg a day after 9 days your level is a constant with in 10mg of each day.
 
what have your results been like with the DNP use? Do you find it easy to retain the bodyfat loss after you stop taking it, wth a clean diet of course?
 
I've had great results from using lower dosage for longer periods with DNP. Upwards of 400mgs/day + was just too much to handle after awhile. I got my best results from running 200mgs/day for about 3 weeks. Lost a total of about 12lbs/fat.

WIth the combination of me having an office job and we're approaching 90 degree heat now, I recently used 200/mgs every 36 hours to keep the sweating and heat to a minimum. I had to be more restricitve on my diet with that low amount, since using higher amounts will let you get by with a little more latitude in your diet.

But I ran it for 2 weeks and lost about 6lbs of fat. Never fails. When I start taking DNP, after about 10 days people always ask "are you losing weight?"

Its amazing for me. The fat stays off as long as you want it to. My problem is when i get injured I typically eat like crap. I don't like being in-active and I'm definitely an emotional eater. Stress from being in sales leads to cheating sometimes..bills being late and all that jazz. Last year I used DNP for alomst 30 days and dropped 14lbs and kept it off and lost more over the next 10 months. Got hurt and gained it all back and then some.
