DNP question for expirenced users

I've always used T-3 with DNP because of DNP depleting your natural resources. The last few months my dieting has helped me lose a couple inches here and there and shift around the weight to muscle but not lean enough for the beach just yet. I'm going to do 5 days DNP cycles so that I do not completely deplete my natural T-3 production. My question is how long after the last day of DNP do I have to wait before starting the next one. I'm going to take 500mg a day so i know that it will be in my system after 5 days. Any help is appreciated. If your anti-DNP then no need to respond. I'm not using T-3 because it has only been a month that I have been off it.

when i did my dnp i usualy would double the time off that i was on. 5 days on 10 days off

If you're only going to run the DNP for 5 days at a time, I would recommend that you carb deplete for 3-4 days before each DNP period, so that you get the full effect of your DNP. Cheers. :artist:
 
I do all sorts of variations with my caloric breakdown. My concern is strictly based on the T-3. If my T-3 levels are depleted I am wasting the DNP. Anyone else know if the time on double time off should allow my T-3 levels to go back to normal. It seems like it makes sense but would prefer if anyone know the science behind it.
 
Seems like day 5 was about when the fire really started for me, I did a 10 day cycle and dropped 10 lbs.

If you are going on for 5 days, I would take 5 off, and try and keep a clean diet, then do another 5,

On DNP I could not even do light cardio, I was simply zapped entirely
 
Back when I did DNP cycles, the DNP stayed in my system for 4-5 days (judging on heat and urine.) It accumulates very fast in your system, so if I were you I would take 1 week on 1.5 weeks off.

Isn't 500mgs a day high?
Or is it because you're only doing 5 day cycles that you can get away with that high of a dosage? I thought somewhere closer to 200mgs a day was a typical dose.

I'll do 250mg a day for 4 weeks with taking T-3...I only get warm when eating carbs and when i start working out i sweat fast and sweat longer but the rest of my daily functions are fine. 500mg a day for me is much less tolerable but for 5 days i can deal.
 
this is NOT the time of the year i'd run DNP.....perhaps it's not as hot & humid where u live as it is down here this time of the year........
 
Bro, if you are willing to sit inside and not do shit for 10 days then go for it... if not then stay away during summer...

I hate DNP and won't ever do it again...
 
I did it for 20 days straight at 400 mg and got shredded but I am sure it wasnt good for my t3,because even though I stayed doing cardio and eating clean I gained the weight back.
 
january is usually by DNP time...what i spend on the stuff i make up for by lowering the heating thermostat.
 
Yeah typically i don't even use the stuff but have enough cycles under the belt to know what i'm in for during the summer..I have central air and fans so I'll be OK there. I'm just trying to drop as much fat as possible in the next 2 months because my diet has helped but not enough progress for me. Like i said things fit better and I have more muscle but still to much fat over the lower abs and to much back fat/love handles. My fat is seriously concentrated around my waist like a tire..i mean it is near perfect cicrlce

Genius idea... A tight-wad like me would seriously consider that for that very reason! Haha
 
dude--winter and dnp go hand in hand. i had just moved into my historic 1880's house last in what's left of new orleans last january...had no central heat or a/c installed then...just one space heater...didn't light the darn thing most of the month!!
