You REALLY need to work on the diet. You shouldn't eat carbs alone, and your protein is way too low. IMO you should eat 3 P+F meals and 3 P+C meals per day. Too much fruit too (fruit = pure fructose, excess fructose turns to...fat.), although you MAY be able to get away with that while on dnp. Also, what the hell are you doing drinking pepsi? I sure hope its diet, all that sugar will send your insulin levels to the moon and back otherwise.
If you eat like that post-dnp, you'll likely gain any and all weight back, possibly more.
