lets see if we can have someone post a complete
write up of dnp...

what it does...
why...
doses....
monitoring progress...
effects...
supplimenting with vitamins, etc while using dnp...

anyone up for it?
 
I'd like some info on this as well. I just discovered DNP on this board, well, this morning! I'm about ready to go ahead and do it. It sounds like the miracle solution, that I can lose a ton of fat while losing zero muscle over a short period of time. It seems very risky, but as long as I have all the information on how to protect myself and monitor side effects, I should be OK.

If any of these expert mods can email me about this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I just replied to your question on a bulking cycle over at finaplix... You may want to consider your overall goals before starting anything... Most people will do a bulking cycle and then follow it up with a cutting cycle. Remember, that regardless of what you use, diet and a good routine are the only things that are going to get you to your goals.
 
What's really cool about elite is that there is an encyclopedia's worth of information at your finger tips.. And it's yours for the asking...

ALso, it's much faster to UTFSE that to wait for an email from someone. If I was as impatient as you seem, i'd say "screw waiting for the email... I want the info NOW!"

The idea is that my number one goal in the long run is to put on size. I do not want to get ripped (yet), but I want to shave off a small amount, say 5% off my bodyfat, just so I don't have a gut. It seems like a wasted cycle to devote it entirely to getting ripped, doing intense cardio and low carb dieting, when I don't even want my bf that low.

And yes, no drug is a substitute for hardcore intensity in the gym and proper dieting! I'll be the first to attest to that.

I just did a 6 week deca only cycle. I will now half my dose of deca (or cut it out completely) and do some DNP for a couple of weeks. Do some moderate cardio and slightly lower carb intake. Lose enough bodyfat to get back to my ultimate goal -- bulking cycle to bring my 19 inch arms up to 22!

I'm thinking 75mg Fina/day and 400mg test/week for the next part of the cycle.
