DNP experiences

I'd want that people who tried DNP tell me their experience,the results they obtained,the dosages they used, and how they felt in their DNP cycle because I'm gonna use it and I'd relly want to know your experiences (for me it'll be 200mg evryday 7 or 10 days...I'm 205 pounds for 15 or 16%bodyfat) do u think I can go to 10% in 7 or 10 days with DNP?

Well I didn't weigh my self before and after. But I did lose a ton of fat in 10 days. Heres how I did it:

Here's an old post on my 42 day,mixed powder/crystal DNP run...

Yes,that's right,42 days,no typo...

Dosage ran-200mgs(21 days of standardDNP,21 days of crystallized DNP)

Height-5'11"
Pre-cycle weight=246lbs
Post-cycle weight=231lbs
Total weight loss=15lbs
Lost-1 & 1/2"off of waist

This was my first experience with DNP,so I decided to keep the dosage low from start to finish,not to mention it being so hot where I live that higher dosaging would be suicidal.On day one,I had a minor allergic reaction(some hives around my neck/upper-chest area).I waited a full 36 hours before taking another cap to play it safe.This seemed to work well,as the second and additional caps were tolerated well.At about the ten-day mark,I started to notice the accumulatory effect taking place,that is I was much warmer and clammy around the clock...At day 21,I switched over to the crystallized form.Immediately,I felt the difference.This stuff has a 'kick' to it.An hour after you pop a cap your body temp spikes,as opposed to the gradual rise you get with the standardized form,and it seems to stay hotter than with the standard form as well...At the 24 hour mark of switching over to crystal DNP,I had a moderate allergic reaction once more.Hives on my neck,upper back and chest.They seemed to subside after another day or so...Now I was really starting to feel the power of DNP...I sweated buckets all day long at work,so I drank a titanic amount of water-4 gallons daily.My energy levels began to plummet,so I started to snack on small portions of fruit throughout the day,and this seemed to work tremendously well,as my energy came right back to almost normal.At around the 41 day mark,I had a huge allergic reaction-hives along my entire back,hips glutes and upper thighs.Then my skin basically dried up in these areas and started peeling and cracking,which I probably don't have to tell you,hurt like an S.O.B...At around the same time of this last severe allergic reaction,my sense of TASTE became altered.I lost sensation of being able to taste salt,as well as sweetness in foods.Yet,oddly enough,when not eating or drinking,I had this dull,sweet taste in my mouth.Even water seemed to taste semi-sweet,which kind of made it oppulsive to drink,but I knew I had to.I'm not sure this had to do with DNP,maybe more the allergic reaction,who knows.Maybe Macro or fonz can speculate,it was quite strange,and rather allarming...Will I do DNP again?Hell yes,as it is bar-none the most powerful fat-obliterating compound in existance...Will I do things differently next time?Yes,I will have a shit-load of benadryl on hand BEFORE I start,and at the first sign of a histamic reaction,I will administer a healthy dosage of it.There was no need for me to go through needless suffering,especially this last reaction,the others were quite bearable...

I would like to thank all the brothers who provided such a great education on this compound and dispelled many of it's rumors and myths-Macro,Fonz,DNP Guru,Andy13,and any one else who shared their knowledge and experiences,thanks to you all,as I couldn't have done this with out your help my friends...
 
1st time I used 200mg for two weeks then upped the dose to 400 for the third week. Little temp increase and mild lethargy during the first two weeks but as soon as I upped it to 400, the heat was a lot more apparent. Lost 9lbs but then gained about half back on the rebound.
2nd time started at 400mg for five days then increased to 600mg for the last five. Sweating constantly, workouts (or attempts at working out) sucked. I ate about 6 apples a day. I could feel when it was time to have something to eat b/c I would get dizzy. On the last five days, every morning the bed would literally feel like I though a couple glasses of water on my bed. Lost 10lbs and gained back 3lbs . Won't have the chance to do it again until winter comes back around. Defintely something I would not do with the temp any higher than 80.
 
DNP has given me the bf loss that no amout of clen, t3 or various eca stacks could do.

i am on a "low and slow" cycle of 200 per day, shooting for 4 to 6 weeks. at 200 per day, no side effects, just a damp pillow from my shaved head. i upped to 400 per day starting 5 days ago. i am much warmer, though not unbearable. going through all the water i can stand to drink, have actually gained 2 pounds to due water retention, ankles, wrists, and face showing the water retention. this has happened in the past on dnp, 7 to 10 days after the cyle ends the retention goes away and i drop weight and bf.

i recall huck's postings about the rash and sense of taste loss, haven't had these side effects yet.


apples, oranges frozen grapes, nutrasweet popcicles, and an occassional eca cap helps to lessen the fatigue and occassional blurred vision.

funny, even though i am retaining water big time and have gained water weight, my favorite levis are getting looser in the waist!
 
Hey bros... when you post your doses say whether or not you are using crystal or powder. Doses are meaningless if you don't post which you are using.

what was your diet like on your 42day cycle? how many cals, split etc.
did u do any cardio (light) or lifting (also light)?
did u take any other stuff like ECA, Clen, T3?

i did powder 400mg ed for 2 weeks. I went to 600mg but it was too hot. Altogether lost 10 pounds. It did not effect my workouts. Sweating at night was the worst of it thou. If I were u I would bump up the dose after a few days.

Hi buddy.No,I did not do any cardio whatsoever.I did not get real specific with counting calories at all,I just ate slightly smaller portions per sitting,and switched around my macronutrient proile so that I took in slightly more carbs than normal,and dropped the fat intake very low.I trained very moderately,limiting training sessions to 30-40 minute max.
 
How much muscle do you guys think you lost while on DNP? Would you consider running it with a steroid to prevent muscle loss? If so, which one?

Is this safe for women? What doses for them?

You really dont lose muscle on DNP. In fact, the "anabolic rebound effect" means you can actually gain it.

The classic 30's studies showed that DNP caused cataracts in women only. I sure as hell wouldnt give it to any girl I know, I guess if you had a woman or knew one who was crazily into the fitness life or whatever it might be ok. Still, no one has any idea about what this does to the human reproductive system and that is scary, because I hope to have kids someday. Has anyone here had children after using DNP repeatedly?
 
My first cycle of DNP was 400mg powder for 4 days. I lost 6 pounds and kept it off.

My second cycle was 13 days of 400mg of powder, and I lost 10 pounds. Then, one more pound came off with water. I've kept it off too.

I felt tired, but ok. I work full time, and I told everyone that it was my "thyroid" medication that was making me so hot. I just kept a fan on my desk, and it wasn't bad.

I took all the supps I was supposed to, drank up to 7 liters of water a day, and added t3 towards the end.

I ate fairly clean with a few slip ups. I ate between 1100 and 1400 cals a day. I weigh a lot less than you guys, so I didn't need to eat as much. I consumed a lot of carbs, and I fully believe that's why I did so well. I ate just a little fat.

Good Luck and Be careful. I read through EVERY post on DNP here. There is a ton of info. I still read the posts as I get ready for another cycle. I am always picking up some new info.

I'll do LOTS more research before I'd consider letting my sig other use it.

She has a good diet, trains hard, but has plateaued. I think we'll try Clen/NYC first.

I'm a big guy with experience, so here's what I did.

First time I used: 250mg a day/3 days, up to 500mg/day 10 days then stop

Now:
frontload at 750-1000mg first day, 750 second day, then maintain at 500mg/day as long as I want.

I load healthy supps and foods all the while:

ALA
Radox
Vitamin C and E
blueberries
oil of oregano
NAC, 500mg twice a day
fruit antioxidant extracts (self-capped from b-a-c)
ECA or NYC
V8 juice
Pineapple (my own discovery--pineapples seem to help with the DNP "blah!" effects.)
Yogurt - to help with digestion, intestinal health, and gas
 
Folks - I'm not impressed with the weight loss everyone has mentioned above... 3, 6, 10 lbs with rebound!... Cripes and the side of DNP! Doesn;t make sense to me... I'm going to start a poll to get a better sense...
 
Umm. Not impressed? 17 days total on DNP and I lost 16 pounds!
That's fat, not muscle. No rebound here.

You go do that without DNP.




Edited to say...I'm not trying to be a jerk, but my cycle speaks wonders for DNP. Yes, I don't eat as many cals as you guys, but that's because I don't weigh 200lbs. I also did NO exercise. DNP is dangerous, but well worth it to me.

And as far as whoever said I wouldn't let my sig other do DNP...no one let me. I'm a grown woman. I did the research, I found the source, I got the DNP. I do this on my own.

I catch a lot of hell for posting my results because I am a woman. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but I post in case other women are cycling. I don't believe the "eggs are damaged for life" stuff. I do believe in safe sex while on DNP.

First off, you're not going to lose 1lb a day with too much else, maybe meth or something, and that isnt even close to being all fat loss. 99% of the weight you lose on DNP is FAT. Next, I dont think you get what we mean by rebound. Long story short, in laymens terms, DNP makes you lose fat and retain water, while taxing your body because it is running at a much higher than normal rate. The human body is an amazing thing and adapts to many conditions. This helps because when you stop taking DNP, the excess water leaves and your system is still running slightly higher/better than normal and some people find that this causes them to gain 1-5lbs of muscle. If you'd like a more scientific explanation, just ask Macro and I'm sure he can use the fancy terms, haha.
