assuming you don't have bunk shit, which I doubt since it is easy to tell if it is real (although it could be underdosed) then yes, I do feel it will work even if you aren't seeing it or feeling it.
one of the recommended strategies for those that can't be all sweaty at their jobs and/or don't want to be too dead for their workouts is to take 200mg a day and you won't get the extreme heat that you get at higher doses.
but you run this longer than a higher dose cycle.
I'm going to try this method soon myself.
