Dnp Cycle Check

Hi,

I've started on a 400mg ED DNP cycle. A cap in the morning and a cap in the evening before I sleep.

Do I take 2000iu's of VITAMIN C & E daily?

Also, a gallon of water?

I have Benadryl on standby in case of any allergic reactions.

Am I missing something.

This is my 2nd cycle.

before i give you advise i will say that i dont think you are ready for this drug yet. just by your post i can tell. i havent even used it yet and i know much more. be careful with this shit man......


im sure GD will be here to advise..but any way

start at 200mg ed..work your way up slowly.....take your doses split up through out the day

you should also be eating fruits too and taking a multi vitamin. use quercitin also. drink some v8 for some more anti-oxidents. use r-ala, cranberry extract...

drink at least 2 gallons of water per day

You shouldnt be asking those questions if you are on DNP, you should know them already. Anyways, get quercertin for the alergic reaction, its better then benedryl. Also 2 gal water ED and lots of anti-os

I was just making sure. I'm drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day. Although I must say I'm getting a bloat-like effect already. Feel fatter.
