On Monday, I started a low dose DNP cycle, 200 mg's a day of powdered. Been eating well, taking my supplements. I am feeling really good, as this is pretty much a trial run before I decide to go on a long term dose, or shorter, higher powered dose. I am at 230 lbs, and I was between 15 to 17% bodyfat before I started.
One thing I wasn't expecting to be this bad - the bloat. Holy shit, it looks like I swallowed a watermelon whole! I am using it with Yohimburn, so that's adding to the bloat I'm sure. Man, you guys weren't kidding about this - I am bloating like a sonofabitch. I have gone up around 3 inches on my waist. I went out to dinner with my girlfriend and I had to wear a really baggy sweater to hide that shit! Anyone else experience this much bloat?
