DNP and Water retention

I've been on 400mg/ed of dnp for the past 3 weeks and have lost 12lbs. But I look just the same as I did before I started dnp. Is this due to water retention or am I doing something wrong?
 
water retention.... wat about 2 weeks after you get off, you'll prolly drop another 5 lbs or so and you will look a lot better
 
I'm sitting at 190lbs, 30 inch waist, I'm guessing about 12%bf. I'm eating about 2500 cals a day. I'm going to start tren/test cycle as soon as I get off dnp. I've gotta get hella ripped before I start my summer lifeguarding job.:supercool
 
You are simply glycogen depleted and are retaining water.
For losing the water, it takes anywhere from 6-30 days. Yes, I did say '30' days. But when I say 30 days, that means being totally free of retaining water. It's happenbned to me before and that may have been simply from doing too many DNP cycles.

Also, as a reminder, make sure to really watch your diet when you get off DNP since you will put a shit load of fat back in your body if you are not careful.
 
most deffinetly water retention, wait till the water falls off you will be straight out blown away how much progress you have made
 
I've got another 2-3 weeks left to go. I just keep telling myself that it's going to pay off in the end. I feel like shit all the time and I haven't had a decent nights sleep in awhile but I've gotta get ripped for my job this summer.

btw, I went on 300mg one day and 600 the next for 2 weeks last summer and sat in 98 degree weather for about 4 hours a day lifeguarding. Hydration is key, about 3 gallons worth .:jarswim:
 
IMO you are being stupid. What is more important as a lifeguard? Looking ripped? Or saving lives??

All that DNP and the heat from the sun will wear you out big time. Now if someone drowned and you didn't get to them in time you can blame it on the DNP and your own stupid self for affecting your performance.

Sorry if this seems a bit of a strong statement, but this post just got to me.
