Dnp And Sides??

OK TODAY IS MY 2ND DAY ON DNP AT 400MG. ALL I HAVE TO SHOW FOR IT IS SOME HOT FLASHES. IM 5'8" 187LBS AROUND 8%BF NO GEAR. DIET IS 67% PROTEIN, 21% CARBS, 12% FAT. TAKING IN AROUND 1850 CALORIES. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? ANY SUGGESTIONS GUYS?
 
I don't see anything wrong with it, except why are you trying to get below 8%? Do you have a contest or something? If you are concerned as to why aren't you feeling more sides, the answer is mabye you caps are underdosed and this is only your second day. It may take 3 days for DNP to build up strongly in your system.

First - balance out your diet a bit, go for 33/33/33 if possible.

Second, LOL ..... wait. Just wait Bro.

It'll kick in in the next like 12-24 hours.

Within 36 hour you'll be "damn .. uh .... I cant belive I wrote that post asking where the sides were!". LOL

HEY RIKER THANKS FOR THE TIP BUT IM GETTING READY FOR A SHOW 3 WEEKS AWAY. THATS WHY MY NUMBERS ARE SO HEAVY ON THE PROTEIN WITH MINIMAL CARBS. IM ONLY TAKING IN 100GMS CARBS RIGHT NOW CAUSE IM ON THE DNP...OTHER WISE I WOULD BE DOWN AT 50GMS. SO YOU ARE SAYING I SHOULD SKIP MY PLAN TOMORROW TO BUMP TO 600MG AND JUST WAIT? OK ILL TAKE MY 200MG DOSE AT 6AM AND IF BY 2PM IM NOT REALLY FEELIN THIS SHIT IM HITTIN ANOTHER 200MG THEN AGAIN AT 10PM. EITHER IM GONNA DROP OR THIS FAT WILL........EITHER WAY SOMETHING IS GONNA HAPPEN!!!!

Give yourself a good 3 full days at a constant dose before you bump. Trust me.

I started my 400 mg cycle on Friday night.

By Sat night, not much was happening.

By Sunday night (towards the end of day 2) was when I first really started to feel it.

During my 3rd day on it is when it really started.

If you hit the END of day 3 and still think you can handle more, maybe THEN bump it up. But seriously, it takes like a good 2-3 days for the initial dose, or a change in dose level, to make itself really known or felt.


OK, BTW, I understand that issues with the Carbs. There actually may be something to be said for upping them even more, you may lose MORE fat in that way, but that is beyond my experience.

But dude, if the sides kick in, if you truly feel like shit, if you have NO NO NO energy, dont hesitate to eat an Apple.
 
Your a big dude,

I would bump it to 600mg and be prepared for a napalm shower and total fatigue after 4 days at 600mg,

After you adjust to the fatigue the rest is bearable.


Try to stay at 600mg for 7 days, you will see the results post cycle.

thanks for the info guys. im with you solidspine. im bumpin to 600mg tomm sides be dammed. i've been in this game for 10 years and in allll that time i've learned one thing...... GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

does anyone know if what riker said about taking in more than 100gms of carbs while on dnp will help burn more fat?
 
Your ratios are fine, though increasing carbs may make it more pleasant. I personaly think that 10-20% fat is good- anymore may diminish fat losses(ideally fats will be from flax)

you need to make sure that you are getting a considerable portion of your carbs from fruit- fructose is much better (4x) at replenishing liver glycogen.

day 3 or 4 is where most people get enough build up to see how they will feel on DNP.

hey macro you said my numbers were fine....but is there any truth to more fat loss with more carb intake than 100gms a day on dnp?

also since my diet is so strict for my show the only carbs i get come from my m.r.p and 1 piece of fruit. so a large part of my carbs is not coming from fruit. should i be worried? :rolleyes:
