I have looked on search for dnp advice, but because the questions are geared to someone elses goals I find it hard to distinguish what I should do for the goals I have.
I want to lose around 14lbs of fat in a relitively short space of time.
What dose should I take and when?
What ratio of carbs/protien should I use?
Should I be aware of anything?
Any advice would be great. There is so much conflicting advice on search that I need someone one to tell me what is what.
