and for the legs ?

IMO :
DL => quads
Stiff Leg DL => Erector Spinae
 
Both work your entire posterior chain. I find that stiff legged pulls put more stress on my glutes and hamstrings.

DL as a quad movement is incorrect, IMO.
 
Sumo Dl's-adductors-primary, hams, glutes-primary and some quads
Conventional dl's-erector spinae-primary, hams-accessory, glutes-secondary

SLDL-hams+glutes-primary, erectors-secondary due to low force load and static properties
