Dividing capsules

Hey all I received a bunch of dbol and anadrol capsules they look all good. My question is what is the best way to divide up to smaller doses? GOing to start my cycle this week and wanted to ask.

Don't over analyze will help. Tablets and pills just bite, use a knife or pill splitter. Capsules just open and divide. So long as they look about half each a few milligrams either way isn't gonna be a problem

Open up the capsule and dump it into a small dinner plate. Add half the powder into a small amount of apple sauce and eat it.
