Disturbing Dreams

Fack - make them stop.

Last night involve someone forcing me to slice my kids in half while they were babies. Jeeeez.

This is going to drive me to doing drugs.

Last night I dreamed I had long hair and beard like Paul Rudd in "My Idiot Brother." My kids were all in one piece though.

On gear?

no.. I am not on anything. Maybe I need to give up coffee. I did have a glass of wine at a cocktail reception last night.

I was gonna mention that having wine or alcohol before bed can increase the possibilities of nightmares, was actually reading about that yesterday.

I started having a lot of nightmares after the oldest kid died. Most of them had to do with me unable to help or save the other kids. I would wake up with my heart racing so bad that I assumed I'd eventually just die of a heart attack myself.

Man.. I feel for you on both accounts brother.

Lot of dreams are metaphors or plays on words. You're really the best person to interpret your dream so is something going on in the house that's "splitting the kids apart." What's going on emotionally, what's causing you to be the one doing the cutting. That's all you. Medication will cause bad dreams but if you're not on anything, try to think of what could be making you feel your kids are being cut to pieces.

Man.. I don't know. We are all about to get together for Christmas. Seems like I would be having dreams gluing them together.

Can I not have metaphors that are not so graphic and disturbing???? Gutdam Chardoney. No wonder housewives are on depression meds - it is the wine fucking them up.

Hey YPO give me all your karmaz bro. TYIA

Well, another thing you can try (might sound silly) but before going to bed tell yourself that you didn't understand the meaning of the dream, see if you don't dream again.

If you don't normally drink wine it could cause the problems, maybe the stuff doesn't agree with you.

Too many violent video games? :whatever:

Yeah.. I picked it. It was between that and a long neck beer. Gay or Redneck theme - I went gay. Poor choice in the end.

Send me some noodz please so I can dream abou that tonight. TYIA.

Hey bro, fuck yo dream , gimme yo Karmaz mane.

Myth: Beer or wine before bed helps you sleep.

Fact: While a nightcap may seem relaxing, alcohol actually disrupts normal sleep cycles, particularly refreshing REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the stage when dreams normally occur. According to the Cleveland Clinic, the result can be “REM rebound,” causing nightmares and trouble sleeping. And frequent alcohol use can launch a vicious cycle of seriously disturbed sleep, often leading to more drinking or substance abuse in a quest for sleep.
