distended gut, what to do

Maybe gas? I have had good results with 500mg twice a day of ginger root

Dieting for a 2-3 shows beginning in 4 and 1/2 weeks,

Diet is on target, bodyfat at 6.5%(DXA scan tested) weight at 210, 5'7

Veins out in my abs, and shit, but when I'm not conscious to hold in my abs, have a turtle belly going on.

Have arimidex on hand, (ip),
will a diuretic take care of this before the show?,
somebody with experience on this question plz, not looking for blind guesses.

what are you running? i would experiment with diuretics before the show to see how you react, dont want to step onstage and catch a massive crap or come in flat

slin, I have the same problem. I think it's a combination of posture like Tx said and (I'm not kidding)...hypertrophied abs or something. If I don't consciously hold in my stomach, it looks like I have a gut.
