I've moved back to the states, but Muscle Works will always have a spot in my heart

not much. Bethnal Green is kinda slumy unless you go a little ways. I don't really know a ton about the area of bethnal green. I just know the road from the tube stop to the gym from walking it so often

The one I went to in St. Johns Wood was a joke.......

I am looking for one to work out in when I go over. I stay off Devonshire near Regents Park. But want a hardcore gym.

nope, there are a couple of chain stupid gyms by the tower but there is only ONE muscle wroks gym. there are more pros that have come from there than all of California. It is the meanest, dirtiest, sweatiest, free weight lover heaven of a gym on earth. sometimes it smells abit though. Dorian trained there as well as anyone whos anyone in Europe in bodybuilding

from regents park, you can workout at LA Fitness Holborn which I have trained at tons. It's a pretty good gym though it's a chain.

Muscle Works is the most hardcore gym you will ever find.
it scares most and they don't let women in. Just steroid pumping big guys. You will see some guys there that look as if they could win the olympia and they could care less. and you will also see bigger and more popping pimples than is proper!

get off at the Bethnal green stop, from there you walk up the busy street to your left about 6 blocks and it's on the left in an ally. they put a sign on the sidewalk, then you walk up a staircase in.

Strange question here, but I can't find that on the map of London. Trying to get an idea of which way it is located so I can travel to and from.
