How many of you guys have been dissapionted with yout cycle. I'm on a SUS 500 a week cycle and am in my fifth week, so far i have gained 11 pds out of which at least 3-4 are water or fat. My Strength is increasing and but i physcially i think i look the same.
I'm eating clean and a lot and training like hell. But i havn't experienced the phenomenal stength and muscle gains that everyone talks about. I guess i'm a little unappreciative of my results cause my friends tell me 11pds on SUS in 5 weeks is not bad at all. My target was around 20pds.
Anyhow, coming back to the original, how many of you have been a little or a lot dissapionted by your results
