Dissapionted with my results

How many of you guys have been dissapionted with yout cycle. I'm on a SUS 500 a week cycle and am in my fifth week, so far i have gained 11 pds out of which at least 3-4 are water or fat. My Strength is increasing and but i physcially i think i look the same.

I'm eating clean and a lot and training like hell. But i havn't experienced the phenomenal stength and muscle gains that everyone talks about. I guess i'm a little unappreciative of my results cause my friends tell me 11pds on SUS in 5 weeks is not bad at all. My target was around 20pds.

Anyhow, coming back to the original, how many of you have been a little or a lot dissapionted by your results
 
11 lbs isnt bad...................weight can be very misleading, at least thats what i have come to find

what do u weigh and how many cals are you getting a day

most of the time you really don't start to feel the strength gains until your 5th or 6th week. I found taking measurements or even before during and after pics help alot. trust me 11 pounds is good. I have always had trouble putting on weight. I'm 8 weeks in right now and I have only gained about 10 - 12 pounds. that is with eating like a pig, protein shakes, and taking weight gainer. some people just have a higher matabolism that makes it hard to gain weight, but if you are eating clean then that is good gains. I know now my strength feels like it is going through the roof. try taking a couple of pics and then in another 4 weeks.
 
I have never been really dissapointed with gains because I keep my goals realistic around 20 pounds lbm lol. As far as 11 pounds in 5 weeks goes, like fonzy said that really is pretty good. Look at it this way you can only gain so much water weight so go on a mission to gain those 9 pounds to reach your goal of 20. Even if you dont hit 20 your gonna be pretty fuckin close.
 
ricerocket is right. You really don't feel the sus kick in till week 5. Keep kicking ass in the gym and eating like a mofo. Sus should be run at leats 8-10 wks...how long are you planning on running it for?
 
5-weeks - 11lbs. You should start getting good results now. Sus can take away to kick in. Be patient.
 
To genuinely gain 5 lbs of muscle mass in a short period of time is very good. I bet fewer than 20% of the guys on these boards who claim 20 lb. LBM gains on a cycle actually gain that much.

I would bet 8-10 lbs. is closer to the norm. Who cares about water weight, that's temporary. Or fat, which is something we're trying to avoid unless we're Lee Priest.

If you gain 1 lb. of LBM per week, that's 10 lbs. in 10 weeks. Actually, there is very low likelihood of gaining a full lb. of LBM in a week, either, even on cycle, unless you really know what you're doing, or are willing to overeat to pack on fat as well.

You'd gain more if you cycled the sus with some deca and took in additional calories while training with heavier weights. Maybe try that next cycle.

7 lbs. LBM in 5 weeks? That's fine. Your strength probably isn't going up because you're overtraining, undersleeping, undereating, etc.... there is a tendency to hit it too hard on cycle and tire your joints and connective tissues too...
 
Thaty is not to bad at all...what are you stacking it with and if nothinig...did you do a straight mg's the whole way or did you start high and work to what you r taking now...
