hi bro's..

I have two work-out parnters.. neither of them uses AAS or have even played with the thought..

We have the same 3 split training program.. and we lift fairly equal amounts, and have about the same progress..!

Any decent cycle should put me way beyond natural progression..

Do you think there is a way of using gear so that they won't be suspicious?
Would be fun.. even though its unfair :evilking:

Its my first cycle and i also want modest gains, so first i thought about low dose deca.. but now i'm thinking test e instead..

think its possible to accomplish?
think it should be my secret? :evilking:

anyone done this?

my old training partner did that to me a long time ago. I suspected, I always lifted more and then I noticed he was catching / passing me. I questioned him on it & he was honest. Too hard to lie to a good freind. In short, they are going to know, the question is what will you tell them??
 
I used Deca 250 & Test E 250 for my 1st cycle and it gave me moderate gains, but nothing crazy. I looked healthier, not monsterous... Good luck man!
 
do like 40mg/day anavar for like 6 weeks. You will get way stronger but not a lot bigger. That will make em crazy! Tell em shit like "its all mind over matter" when you can bench way more than them.. Tell them you have been taking glanulers or some other usless supplement.. ha ha Tell em you have been using the "Wieder" principals or something.

That's funny shit.... Tell them you started meditating, and found inner peace, and that youre letting your inner spirit lift the weight.... lol...


Serious though, I had this problem like 10yrs ago with my partner at the gym..... I started getting bigger, and stronger, and he was like what you taking? I just lied to him, cause I didn't really know the guy too well.... I said it was Creatine, or whatever the legal product of that time was.... I know he didn't believe it, but whatever, I didn't care what he believed.... I guess it comes down to how well you know these guys? Are they just lifting partners, or are they good friends too?

Depends how long you have lifted with the guys. If it is more than say 6 months they know your weight progression down pat. If it is less than that then you may get away with it. But no matter what you decide do NOT tell them you are ON. Never tell anyone, deny to the grave. Don't tell your wife, GF, no one....it will burn you in the ass at some point down the road..so don't risk it. Keep it to yourself. I don't care if you balloon up 40pounds in the next year and it is so fucking obvious even your local barber thinks you are on....DENY & Enjoy!

i agree with this. i made the mistake of telling 2 close friends and now never know who they may have told and who those people may have told and so on and so on..
 
I had talked with my training partner about gear prior to beginning my first cycle. The first couple of conversations were just general talk about the subject.

Later I asked him “If I were to use some special supplements (wink) would you want to know about it”. I explained I would need his total confidence on the matter.

He agreed that he would want to know. I trust him so I now keep him posted on my cycles.

Along with advice of changing up your eating and using creatine and some other supplemtnts, this has a low dose of EQ written all over it. Test at 250 and eq at 400 for 14 weeks and you will be golden with the slow steady gains and low sides. I agree to deny it always, but change up your talk a few weeks before you start a cycle. Start talking about this new stuff you have been reading about, (CEE) and about how to time meals for your workouts and about how rest is so important, and protein shuttleing, etc, etc, ETC. Then start the cycle above. You will get bigger and they may say something but at the same time they may think you are on too something with all this reading you have been doing and it will throw them off. Plus your gains will come on slower with EQ and not so quick that raises attention, especially to those guys that see you all the time. At least the above worked very well for me.

imho u will not be able to hide it.
also i always find it funny when first timers say " i wanna juice but i dont want it to be too obvious i wanna get a little bigger and a little cutter"

i've been lifting with one bro for about 1,5 years.. the last joined us fairly recent.
We've used creatine before.. also use protein/glutamine/amino acids...

think i possibly could "blame" it on that along with diet strategy, rest, etc... got some good idea's from this thread!

not gonna go on cycle until february so i have some time to "research" he he..
i need to get my diet 100%, i do eat right but i can do a better job on counting.. :)

think i could tell one of them about my plans... he could possibly even join in.
think i'll go solo for the first cycle anyways.. ;)
 
Yeah, I thought I was all clever and no one would notice. Well as some as you might know I'm off at college and I haven't been home since August. Over Thanksgiving break I went home for the first time and I was CONSTANTLY gets looks of omfg! My parents were like, "you're so big and you have abs!" They would never think I would take steroids but they were amazed at how much bigger I was. Same thing happened with my sister's best friend. I was walking into the TV room without a shirt on and my sis and her friend were there and she goes, "omg, you're huge!" And to top it off, later that night my good friend came over and I was still shirtless at this point and as soon as he saw me he goes, "woah, are you on steroids?"

So much for being sneaky. I thought I still looked normal (meaning a just a bit better than I did when I left for school) but apparently I changed alot.

I think for your situation this man hit it right on - all the other posts are silly advice in my opinion.
 
:FRlol: Good luck bro! On 500 mgs of test for your 1st cycle you'll have better luck hiding an elephant under your bed.
 
Interesting topic.

I've done 4 x 2 weekers. All of them 125mg prop eod and tren 50mg eod. Ridiculously low doseages you might say, btu it worked. I'm now 7kg up and still 10% bf.

I did this over a period of 5 months. People would def notice at the end of the 2 weeker (I would gain 4 kg total then drop 2 kg watertat the end, gaining about 2 kg total). Now I got acne on my back. My neighbour who is a doctor spotted it right away lol, he was suspicious, even though it was pretty slow growth (7kg in 5 months is not crazy), but it was the fuckin acne that was the giveaway.

I like the anavar idea, either that or tbol. Alternatively you could try 2 weeks on 5 weeks off, with a 10 day pct in between, this worked VERY well for me, the only problem was the #@$@$# ACNE!!!

If you do 2 weekers I'd suggest something like prop 150mg eod and var/tbol 50mg ed.

Should be itneresting...
 
Anavar doesn't come cheap..!
Not going on cycle until feb anyway.. we'll see what happens then :)

On the thread subject...I agree...low doses, diet, training principles, rest, OTC supps...all good ideas to run with.
I recently moved and didn't know anyone in the gym...so when I got ON, I noticed people all looking at me differently...I just smile and keep lifting. Some have asked...and I feed them the same story...diet, training differently (harder), more rest...etc...good luck!
 
A buddy of mine I hadn't seen for a while jokingly accused me of being on gear becuase I had gained about 15 pounds and was jacked up right in the middle of a test cycle whrn I saw him for the 1st time - What did I tell him?

N Large and Creatine, baby!!!

I'd agree about using test as a first cycle, but you don't know what the results will be.... I didn't grow that big on my first 2 test cycles, though I did get noticeably "puffier"... some people do, some don't.... I didn't know much about orals back then, otherwise I would've definitely started off with t-bol... won't get huge size gains, strength and vascularity will go through the roof.... sounds perfect for what you're looking for
 
TBOL - and tell them you're using NO2 and CEE with changes to diet, getting more rest etc. as mentioned previously.

Gains from TBOL are good and no puffiness/water weight to explain.
 
actually, run 200mgs of primo a week..the gains will be mild, but not as noticeable as other steroids and not as much as eq. primo 200 a week will bump you just a hair above the genetic limit..
