discouraged about weight loss Help!

whats up guys first of all just wanna say whats up to every1 seeing how i haven't posted in a while.

Ok now i am 6 foot about 205lbs right now just 2 weeks off of test/dbal/fina cycle...
test weeks 1-10
dball weeks 1-5
fina weeks 5-12
clomid 12-15

now this is my third cycle and had really good results got up to about 217lbs or so and still stayed really lean. now the problem is i keep having good gains on cycle then as soon as i end i crash and drop like 10lbs right away and it is the WORST feeling in the world (i feel like the whole cycle was a waste) . Now i eat like a animal and train like a freak both on/off cycle and always get atleast 8hrs of sleep dont know what the problem is, maybe i am runnning the wrong stuff for my body but i dont know . anyway if any1 has has these similar problems u know how i feel and i would appreciate any suggestions/ input at all as far as how to go about not letting this happen again and achieving my goal to be HUGE! lol anyway any help at all is really appreciated and karma will be shared thx for your time and hope to hear form ya...
 
The first thing that comes to my mind is you must be gaining alot of water weight. So, you should try to use liquidex or something to keep the water bloat down, and watch your diet for sodium and fats. Maybe work in cardio to keep the water weight to a minimum or try to use different anabolics which don't have as big of a problem holding water. Eq, Primo, or Var may be a better choice for you. When I use Dbol I always bloat with some muscle gains and excellent pump, but I cardio and expect to lose some of that...I also don't use much dbol or high doses of test because I will bloat up 20 pounds or so, but not add as much muscle as I want. Right now I am 258 down from 275, and I still have a ways to go, but I want as little water retention as possible.
 
Sounds like water loss to me as well. Try not to get discouraged. Also, try to get your hpta back online asap.

And don't sweat the water loss, lol.
 
What did you weigh before the cycle? Do you look better now than you did before the cycle? If so, I wouldn't worry as much about the scale. Also, I wouldn't worry at all about the immediate 10# post-cycle loss. You'll always lose some water after a cycle, especially after taking dbol. A loss that comes that quickly has to be from water. Your body simply can't consume that much of its own muscle or fat that quickly.

The reason I say to disregard the scale is because I ate like a pig and trained hard my last cycle. I gained 8 pounds over the 10 weeks then lost 18 the month after the cycle! I was very disappointed until my wife pointed-out that I looked stronger. I had gained muscle and lost fat, so the scale didn't tell the entire story.

Also, a tape measure can help. I noticed that despite my disappointing lack of weight gain during last cycle, my hips lost 1.5" (good) and my quads gain 0.5". My quads are already 29.5" so any gain is a good accomplishment. That and my slight strength gains shows I gained muscle despite what the scale implied.

The point that I'm trying to make is that the scale doesn't tell the entire story.

now i weighed just under 200lbs be4 cycle and yes i do think i am a lil bigger now my arms deff grew i just can see that i lost alot off my chest right away. maybe i will stay away from dbol next cycle any ideas on cycle that would promote less water but still as much muscle mass as posible i really appreciate all the help any comments r appreciated karma is shared... thanks again...
 
Try something like tren/winny for gains without the water retention. You might need to throw in a little bit of prop (100mg eod) for libido but thats it.
 
Also as I mentioned previously, try to work in Var instead of Dbol. Most report lean gains and minimal (if any) water gain or bloat. Also primo and Eq will go well with your plans on gaining muscle not water weight.

Eq 600mg wk1-2
Eq 400mg wk3-10
Tren 75 mg EOD wk 4-10


Maybe ad Var in this cycle as well, but should have minimal water and bloat, and I am a fan of frontloading the Eq as it is slow to get started. If you can locate Primo that is also good to add, but the Eq should help to get similar results. Given your history, I would leave Dbol out.

looks good never ran EQ or anavar yet hear alot about both hardening u up alot now, will i see much weight gain out of this ?? (my goal being mass at this time) also thinking about mixing prop in when making my fina any experiance there??? also what do u think about deca as far as what i am looking for... thx alot for all ur help karma has already gone your way...

I personally have no experience in running the prop mixed in with fina. I know people do that, and I have been told it works great.

If I am understanding your problem correctly, you add alot of weight then as soon as your cycle ends you lose 10+ pounds. You want to add muscle, but you don't want to lose so much after the cycle. This is why I am suggesting you try different drugs than Dbol and Test which could be causing water retention and rapid weight loss - post cycle.

I am in no way telling you to do this or any other cycle, only a suggestion. I am large, 257 today, and I am trying to gain moderate muscle while burning fat, so I do not want the retention associated with Dbol and higher doses of test. So, I want to use things like Primo, Tren, & Var in my cycle plans - because I am prone to water bloat.

For me, this means the muscle I add during a 6-8 week cycle is not as much as someone running a gram of test for 12 weeks, but when it is all said and done I keep more of what I gain. With me, I like 6 and 8 week cycles because I get my natural test levels back online quicker and I am able to keep more of the muscle I add.

Depends on your goals and how your body responds to various AAS. If you just want to be huge then Dbol and Test should do that...but it sounds like that plan is not making you happy.

So, maybe it will take three or more cycles to get you where you want to be, but if you can keep 7-10 lbs of muscle with each cycle that will be 21 + lbs of muscle which you may actually keep.

I hope this is helpful for you. I am sure there are some experts on this board who can tell you how to use Dbol and high doses of test and still keep your gains...I am not one of them, it doesn't work for me like that. I can gain weight easily, for me the challenge is lowering body fat and maintaining a good muscle base.
