I dunno yet.

She must be weakening because she was just interviewing the guy I told her that would be perfect to take over the place.

Spoke to the bosses lawyer and he's like you haven't got a legal leg to stand on but you can't either stay where you are til October, hope she agrees to let the guy rent the place, or just take the risk to just walk away.

I figure I would talk her into officially releasing me from the lease by using my security for her to keep as the lure. Seems fair to me - this is an easy place to rent and she has two months rent to keep her covered. No loss just change.

I'll have to see what happens.
