Direct relationship between test dose and gains?

Some say there is a direct relationship between the test dose and your gains each cycle. I never believed it, because even at consistently moderate doses of Sust (500mg ew) I was gaining very well last year; but now I'm uncertain because I'm almost in week 6 of Enan/Deca/Dbol and I've been at the same weight since Week 2. I know for a fact the test is hitting hard now, as my strength has jumped immensely, though I just don't see the mass packing on. My question is...is it time to start going above 500mg pw of Test because of the halt in weight gain? Or is it possibly something else I have overlooked? The plans right now are addition of Winny/Prop/Tren around Week 8 or 9 to help overcome this plateau and harden up whatever I may have gained in that time. Anyways, K for advice...
 
How's the diet? Are you eating enough? That can make a big difference too. With that combo you should be blowing up like crazy, especially after 6 weeks. Be careful of overtraining too.

Yes it is absolutely real....Iranian enanth, norma deca, and thai dbols (which I finished). Right now I'm at around 3,500-4k cals per day with 400g protein and around 350g carbs.
 
i wouldnt say the ralationship is linear (ie increase test, increase gains). the main thing that holds people back is that as they get heavier, gains come more slowly. 500/w test is a goodly amount of test, but obviously a first timer wieghing 120 is going to explode in size compared to a veteran doing their 15th cycle already weighing 240.

as you get bigger you need more to get even bigger.

personally id look at your diet and training first...i have seen a lot of guys say the same thing but when they bump up their diet everything comes good again. its always best to err on the side of caution.
 
I'm natural, so take this advice with that in mind. I usually seem to gain strength before gaining mass. I usually get a jump in strength with no scale weight gain, but within a few weeks after gaining strength a jump in bodyweight will follow. It may be an issue of patience opposed to an issue of dosage.

Very true, good advice. I will look at my spreadsheet layout of my diet and possibly increase carb intake above my protein. If that doesn't work in a week or two, I think I will just add the prop/winny/tren a bit sooner. Thanks guys

So you've got a couple of weeks before week 8.. I'd say up the carbs until then and see what happends. If you don't see results then definitely proceed with your prop/tren/winny plan at week 8. I'm guessing your going to drop the dbol (or perhaps have already), replace the deca with fina, eth with prop? What dosage of fina are you thinking about? Like 75 ED or so? If you've never tried 750mg/wk before I think you'll be impressed. 750mg/wk of prop with the fina will definitely kick ass. Just my thoughts.

Yes, that's correct...I am finished with Dbol and dropping the deca soon. I will probably phase into the prop/winny/tren at some point around week 8, if not sooner. Will look something like this:

Week 1-4 Dbol 35mg ED (done)
Week 1-9 Deca 400mg (dropped week 6)
Week 1-10 Enanth 500mg (still on)

Addition will be:

Week 8-12 Prop 100mg EOD
Week 8-12 Tren 75mg ED
Week 9-12 Winny 50mg ED

Hopefully this will do something in terms of mass gain, because I'm at a standstill with that. Strength still goes up each week to my surprise though. Very odd. I will see what the increased carbs do and take it from there.
