i stole this from the bench thread and was jus curious what you guys are adding when doing dips, i always hit the bench first and move to dips i start out with a 70lb dumbell for 10 and then a 85lb for 10 and usually on my 3rd set i can almost get 10.....my gym doesnt have a weighted dip machine or a belt to hang weights on so its kinda a pain to hold a dumbell between my legs
