Hey bro's! Lets see who still remembers me. I am Dino I used to work here at Elite Fitness. Was a board moderator, and among other things, conducted the anabolic consultations along with Bill Lewelyn. I did those before and after pics for Mass Quantities in fact I think George is still sellin all my shit! lol (Makin some more bucks off me huh ya bastard?....Just playin georgy!)

Anyway, I have been out of the game for about a year and a half now but I am coming back 100% and wanted to come back to the best bodybuilding info source there is. I am not that far out of the game so I can and will be available to assist if I am able but I will definately need to be educated much by the pros on here of the latest and greatest that I don't even know about.

Well just wanted to let everyone know i am back and lets have some fun and help each other out.

Thanks Huck. Well i have a pretty good course planned but first I am starting off with HCG to make sure I have my natural production of test at its maximum cause I know it will be suppressed soon. Check out my HCG thread and let me know what you think of the way I plan on starting HCG in a few minutes. Even that first shot will bring a smile to my face

Thanks guys. Yeah we actually sold a few of those t-shirts. I still got mine. lol I took some before pictures last week and depending on how my course goes I will probably submit them to George. I also am beginning work on another diet and supplement guide that I will show George when I am a lil farther along and see if he wants to sell it. If u remember I wrote the first "Mailorder Success" back in 2000 and that was a good seller so we will see. I am just so happy to get back in the game. I ruptured a tendon in my forearm and was in a cast from Sept through new years. Thats why I haven't trained. I took before pics the day before I got the cast off then another set last week but it is still gonna be a slow way back. It was a pretty bad bodybuilding injury. And yes I do remember Ranger. I wonder where he has been?

He was workin on the first anabolics when I met him in 98 and didn't publish it till like 3 years later. Kid really knows his shit. So, I uploaded the t-shirt pic. That will give me a nice inspiration to surpass that level.

What's up bro? Bill is doing real well. You are right, Anabolics 05 is a great book. He spent a ton of time on those projects. He was workin on the first anabolics when I met him in 98 and didn't publish it till like 3 years later.

The only thing that is lacking in Bill's book is the updated products on the US market.

Ex: Watson makes a Testosterone Cypionate 200MG/ML 10ML vial.
Upsher-Smith makes a Halotestin 10MG tab

I suppose I'll send him the product boxes so he can update his Appendix for the next book.

Yeah, I actually haven't read his newest 05 update. Just didn't think much could have changed from his past books so I can't really comment on that one. I know he used to have that service when we worked here that u could mail him the bottles/boxes of AAS and he would tell u if the products were real or not. Thats where he got most of the pics for the first books. If you do send him some boxes, I'm sure he would appreciate it and hook u up some way.
