so i got the heavy bag, and i did a 20 min session. with jabs hooks and uppercuts. real good cardio. especially with the bobbing and dancing on ur toes. the last 5 mins or so i was rocking it pretty hard, just to up the intensity. ill definitly do this 3x a week. this is my favorite type of cardio so far..

Nice job big man.

Always remember to start slow on your punches. Don't want any shoulder or elbow injuries.

It helped me to think about fighting different height people when I hit the bag. I'd fight some that were slower and some that were faster. Fight some with long arms and some with short arms...makes it fun the more you play with it.

Ohhh...

And spend some time fighting with each hand in the lead...then try fighting it facing it square. Use both hands equal...or maybe even your weaker hand the most.

I'm not exactly sure how, but I have a buddy that was boxing for a while and developed an unevenness in his back which started giving him problems. Doc had him wear some sort of brace or belt for a while.

SO yeah, keep it even :P
