so i got the heavy bag, and i did a 20 min session. with jabs hooks and uppercuts. real good cardio. especially with the bobbing and dancing on ur toes. the last 5 mins or so i was rocking it pretty hard, just to up the intensity. ill definitly do this 3x a week. this is my favorite type of cardio so far..
