Hey guys its been about 2 months since i ended my deca / clen cytomel cycle of 5 weeks (500 mg deca, 200 mg deca, 200 mg deca, 500 mg deca) Right now i am more active than ever, i have 3 hour practices 3 days a week, and run 2 to 4 miles the other 4 days. Im playing college sports so the training is pretty tough, and ive been eating less frequently smaller portions than i did before my cylce. The problem is, when i do eat a normal size meal it seems like my face becomes bloated. could this be because im not eating enough each day? my caloric needs are 4,000 daily, and i eat hardly 2,500. Does your face bloat up when youre not eating enough as a a sign that youre doing something wrong?
 
good question, but bro, you gotta make sure you get the calories, you can get a thousand with an isopure mass shake with milk and around 450 from a trioplex bar.
 
Not usually bro, unless like previously stated your sodium intake is too high.

Chicken, fish, lean beef, brwn rice, shakes, green veggies, yams, ANPB should be the staple of your diet.

What does your 2500 calorie intake look like?
 
typical meal- 2/3 bowls of cereal for breakfast, 2 tuna sandwiches for lunch with a salad, dinner , whatever the fuck the caf has- pasta, tacos-etc. water gatorade and sweet tea for drinks
 
see you say whatever the "caf" has on menu?

then you are not making good, wise food choices and most fast food is cooked with much sodium and not as healthy.

Get udo's c hoice 3 tbl /day can add approx 1200 calories to your diet each day and you are getting good, healthy fat

go to supermarket and get precooked spicket chicken, better choice then fast food I think
