Different way to run dbol

Well this is probably nothing new, but I just recently starting running dbol differently so I thought I'd share my experiences. I used to split my dbol dose all throughout the day, like most people probably do. However, I found that I got a lot of sides doing this. Especially when I'd take it at night it would drive my bp up. So I stopped taking it late at night, but this still didnt help a lot with the sides. So I recently started doing something different. Now I take all my dbol around the time that I train. This has been working great so far. No sides and I still get great (if not better) results from the dbol.

I train at night and Im doing around 50mg/day, so what I'll do is take 10mg when I wake up in the morning just to try and get whatever benefit I can from that. Then about 3-4hrs before I train I'll take 15mg to make sure the dbol is in my system when I hit the gym. Then I'll take another 10mg as I walk out the door to hit the gym. After Im finished training and get back home, I'll then wait about an hour or so and take another 15mg, and that's it for the day. The dbol is in my system during my workout and post workout, and the rest of the day Im side free. And on days that I dont train I'll drop my dose to around 30-35mg.

Like I said, this is working great for me. It might not work for everyone, but just thought I'd post up in case some people wanted to give it a try.

Very good idea. I believe the theory in the 60's and 70's was that you take your whole dose about 45 minutes before you hit the gym. That way, your system is extremely anabolic for the beginning of your workout, through your PWO shake, and your first meal PWO. Makes a lot of sense to me, actually. I have taken all 50mg before my workouts in the past, and it makes the pumps excruciating. If you train right, it can work for you without the extreme pumps cutting you off. The key is training really heavy. 6-8 reps on everything.

Well as you probably know I was running crap gear for like 9wks. So it's been 1 week since I switch to my reliable gear and already Im up 3-4lbs. But I've gotta start traveling soon, so I'll probably run this for another week and then just come off for a while. Not what I want to do, but I cant deal with EOD injects when Im on the road.

Serious...i might try that. but as far as taking the bulk of your daily dose before the gym goes, ive tried it and it works well.
 
thats the only way to do it. except i do it about 2-2 1/2 hours before. the pumps are kickass. i used to take d-bol throughout the day, but couldn't do shit from staying tired. and i think its better making the blood levels spike high once a day with it. the injectables i keep on a level scale though.
 
Ok so what gear do you feel this works best for? (referring to orals only here)

I would like to run some test e with some var for my next cycle ( in the early part of next year I hope) and wonder if this would make a difference. I guess I would try and see. :D Otherwise I was going to follow indy's advice and take it all at once mid morning since I workout at about 3PM (when I have time to workout that is!)

You could run anything with a short half-life like this. Dbols half life is like 3-4hrs I believe. I wouldnt do it with something like winstrol, cause there's no need really with it's longer half-life.

Excellent post Bro! I'm actually going to be running a cycle with d-bol in it fir the first time and I was wondering when to take it considering it's half-life and you just answered it, you an everyone else that has agreed with your method.

try and meet the half life in the middle. i've tried it longer at around 4 hours, but felt the best during workouts taking at 2 hours before training. see if you can tell the difference.
 
Thanks for the posts. Currently I am running 35mg a day and have been really tired during the days. I also workout at night so this info hit me perfect. I will switch up and load in the evenings and post the changes in the future.

Lower the dose but divide your doses over the day.
You may be getting few answers because your post is too long to read, or maybe im in a hurry

I've done that before. The way Im running it now works best for me. I wasnt really looking for answers to my post, I was just posting up in case some people had the same problems I did and were looking for a different way of doing things.
 
Does it affect your gains any? I normally would split mine up into 2 equal doses one in the morning and one before workout. Will you gain more if you take it all pre-workout? I never really get bad sides from DBOL just some acne and some insomnia.

It's not affecting my gains doing it this way. My gains are just as good as before, if not better.
 
I take my full dose about a hour to an hour and a half before my workout,and yeah I love it,I've had great results with it.I do suggest that NB try both ways (1-spread evenly throughout the day.2-Taken before your workout.)to find out what works best for them.
