problem: i have a weird bow or something of some sort in my right arm.
if i sit here at my computer and turn my arm over (palm up), there is a fairly sharp and continuous pain in my right forearm. from the wrist to the middle of my forearm. this makes many lifts almost impossible. single arm dumbell curling is very painful. but it is only when i have my arm twisted (palm up position).. when i hold a barbell in front of me with two hands (at thigh level, pre-curl), my right elbow is sort of buckled inward into my side and i cant straighten it out to proper form. when i force it, it hurts too badly to do the exercise.. when i press and poke at the troubles area with alot of pressure, there is no pain. only in the palm up position. and much worse with added weight.
should i treat it as a side stitch (running) and work through it hoping it will stretch out?
im 18 yrs old, so im not very experienced medically. i would appreciate any input on this because it its definitely putting a damper on my routine.
