I did tren enanthate and had the zits you cant even squeeze unless you perform major surgery valentino style on them which makes them even worse from scar tissue. after I added a dex it went away which i thought was weird but I was also doing test e aswell so maybe it was the test but since that cycle I have never had any acne at all and I usually never run an AI unless I see a need. I always have them on hand though.

Damn that's pretty disgusting. I feel sorry for you guys that get acne from gear. I must be pretty lucky. I don't get so much as a pimple no matter what I take.
