basically guys because im a greedy pig ive been eating low carb for the last couple of years, under 30g carbs a day, as its the only way that i can control my eating habits and not pig out on pasta- total restriction. this way i eat lean and healthy. but because i sometimes only have like 10g of carbohydrate a day, ive been told that this diet could have contributed to my very high shbg, which is near the top of the range, and the same for my reverse t3
