dietplan, started my cycle..

I'm doing chinamans EQ 4cc per week - total of 12 weeks. Went on wednsday. I'm eating like before and have this week gained 2.2lb, it might be water. Anyway, started winny at 50mg today, will run it ED for 4 weeks. Also taking 3-4g ALA per day, 3g C-vitamin, zink 45mg ED, ECA 2 times per day 25/200 to hold some fat away and water.
My goals are to get rid of the last of my estrogen fat on my lower back(nothing much..) get bigger veins and to pack on some nice mass on my biceps/triceps. I inject twice per week, once both biceps and once both triceps.

My dietplan is to bump carbs on workout days and lower them with the fat on non workout days. I'm fed up with the BIG MOONFACE me so I'm only eating around 200g of carbs on non workout days(except the day after arms). Protein come from Whey(only after workout), white fish, red meat, chickenbreast, salmon, casein.
Fats comes from omega3

Cardio: Low intense morning walks before breakfast 4-5 times per week.
working out in the gym on mon, wedn, fri, and saturday. Doing arms on wednsdays and will change my diet on that day a bit, look below.

Workout days(mon, fri, sat):

Meal 1:
80g Oatmeal with extra fibers(40g Slow carbs)
Rye bread 30g(one slice)
Casein protein 30g
Tunafish 150g
500mg ALA
500mg C-vit
600mg Calsium
1L water


Meal 2(30 minutes after my workout): Post workout
50g Whey proteindrink
60g Dextrosol or 90g mashed potatoes
750mg ALA

Meal 3:
100g rice
250g meat, if white fish I will go with 300g
tomatoes and green veggies
500mg omega3
1g c-vitamin
400mg Calsium
750mg ALA

Meal 4: 80g oatmeal and 15g protein from casein, also 30g protein from tunafish.
500mg ALA

Meal 5: As meal 3

Meal 6: As Meal 4

Meal 7: 300g white fish or 250g chicken with 10g omega3 fat.

Wednsdays:

I will increase my postworkoutmeal even more, more carbs 120g or so.


Non workout days. I will eliminate all carbs except 4 of them and focus on very Low GI. Protein the same. I will keep carbs at 200g and eat 1/4 for breakfast, 1/4 for lunch, 1/4 in between lunch and dinner, and 1/4 for dinner.

I tend to gain fat very very easy. In week 6 I will add bromocriptine and proviron and will probably increase my fat a bit. Also adding fina for 4 weeks in week 8 or 9.

I will of course increase calories with my BW, no gain = more calories.

What I'm looking for is a hard, cut, solid massgain with little or no fatgain or bloat, maybe to much asking for..LOL
