I have over 15 years of experience on how to diet being natural. normally i would
take my time and drop 1-2 pounds a week max. i could maintain my weight at 2700 cals. How aggressive can i go at the diet with gear. my plan is to take 75mcg of var and 50 mcg of t3 ed and clen from time to time. when on gear can i drop much more the 2 pounds a week and not be catabolic? what should my cals be?
