I'm looking for a 12-16 week plan to shave off the fat after a 10 week cycle I just finished. I always eat clean with about 70% protein. I dont eat starches. Carbs are from lentils, wild rice, veggies, and fruit or juices. My metabolism is definitely slow as fk. So I need to manipulate that also. Help a bro out. TY
