Dietician degree?

Ok, i know i've started alot of new threads....sorry =( But, i love with all my heart fitness and nutrition, and I'm really considering going back to school to become a dietician, or soemthing along those lines? Is anyone here a dietician, or know of any real jobs to apply to a degree of that sort? Do they make any real money?How long do u have to go to schooll for that ?.....

I did a dietetics degree several decades ago. There's a guy here called MR BMJ who has recently finished his degree, and both of us agree that it's about as useful as tits on a bull. You will learn a lot of useless and downright incorrect info plus a little bit of good info, and the job prospects are pretty boring too. A lot of dieticians end up putting together those stunning meals you get in hospital....

I suspect combining dietetics with some sports backgrond would make you more "sellable" as a PT, not because it's useful but because potential clients THINK it's useful.

that kinda sucks.. I am pkanning on going to go to asu and work on a dietician degree. Hopefully, it will pan out with some type of government job.
