i have been working out for a while, and ate healthily for ages beforehand, i eat a lot of chicken and protein through 'normal' foods but am looking to start consuming more protein shakes/drinks etc etc.
Wondering if someone who knows their stuff could give me some advice on the basics of this stuff, what to eat and drink/what not to, when to do it, all that stuff, as i hear a lot of different things, some say before working out, some say after, some say during, some say all three? If anyone could help me out with this i would be very grateful
P.S is it true that drinks containing creatine increase the likelihood of liver and kidney problems? something i heard recently, anyone for the lowdown on that as well would be great also
