Diet

I drink shit tons of whole milk 365 days a year. I definitely average around a half gallon a day. My fav is Oreos and milk before bedtime :)
 
It sounds that your new to lifting.

If your a beginner, it's more than possible to build muscle and lose weight, as long as your not half assing at the gym.

As for your diet, I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe the 4 pints of milk is too much but it that's up to you.
