diet.....

hey guys im wondering what u think about my diet and please critique it i think its working pretty good but would like some vets opinions
monday-sunday
7:15 breakfast sausage with eggs or biscuits
9:20 PB&J
10:15 PB&J
12:00 lunch either chicken steak hamburger and then some kind of potatoes
1:30 PB&J
6:00 supper same as lunch maybe pasta some times
7:00 protein shake which is made of 5 egg whites 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter 1 spoon full of olive oil 1 banana 1 spoon full of strawberry syrup for taste...
10:00 rice and chicken or fruit or something like that...


im takin test enanthate lift for 1:30 hours a day 1 cc a week im on my fourth week as of today and ive gained 10 pounds so far how do yall think my diet is for wut im on and any other ideas for food im finding out this gets tiring after 3 weeks and cant wait for the next 7
 
the jelly has sugar? if so just eat peanut butter without jelly. also from 1:30 till 6? you gotta eat something in that time man.

Is PB and J a peanut butter and jelly/jam sandwich?

Would we be able to get a bit more info too, like your goals, how old you are, how long you have been training?

How is this working for you?

From first glances though, my thoughts are you are quite young and you are eating too much refined sugar, which you can get away with when you are around 20 or serious ectomorph, but it will catch up with you.

Refined sugars will have more fat be deposited on the belly in time.
 
the jelly thing i dont put much at all on there just enough to have little better taste and no so dry and from 1:30-6 im working out from 130-3 then in practice from 3-6 so basically working out the whole time
 
and goal is 30 pounds of muslce and ya sorry thats wut pbj meant ive been trainin hard for 4 years and yes im young

You are still in school/college/uni?

Your diet, while training a lot, yes, you will burn off the calories.

I used to eat like that, never had to worry cause I trained so much.

I am just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful that I learned quite young a lot more about healthy eating.

Hun, you have killed your taste buds. You are probably a sugar addict.

Sugar can be a tough one to get off.

Most of your diet needs work.

That combination of saturated fats (breakfast sausage) and refined sugars has been proven to modify the cell membranes on muscle, making them less 'fluid' and not as able to take in nutrients, like glucose.

If your muscles don't store the carbs (in your case pure sucrose/glucose) it will get stored as fat.

I would switch to a fruit juice sweetened jam/jelly to start with.

Also start to introduce more whole natural foods, like oatmeal for breakfast.

I am also starting to wonder what a 'chicken steak hamburger' is with some type of potatoes.

I would do a bit more reading in the diet section.

The thing is, when you are young, you do think that you are invincible, and things that you do now may have an impact on you in the future. Like taking steroids when you are too young.

If you haven't reached your maximum height, steroids can close the growth plates and stunt your growth, just one of the few sides.

I think you might be surprised if you get your diet in order (for example rice instead of bread, chicken instead of peanut butter and jam), you will find you make great gains without having to take steroids so young.
 
so u would suggest me kill the jelly and im talkin like i eat a steak for supper then like chicken breast or something like that for lunch or opposite
