Ok, I get asked this often, and to be honest, not sure how to respond....do you guys alter your carbs on days you don't train (or maybe just do cardio)? Meaning, if you usually have a yam or sweet pot. w/ chicken etc. for your 3rd meal, would you switch it for a low carb wrap and some efas? This is for those who eat moderate carbs, trying to put on lean mass..........
 
I'm curious too. Do any of you have certain number of carbs on training days versus non-training days?
 
i usually basically go by how my body is feeling.....usually on off days i will drop the amount of carbs i eat in the meals in the second half of the day usually just adding a little more protein.....but if i feel i have been a little sluggish or feel a little flat lately i will shoot for my same carb and protein numbers as a training day
