Diet!!!!

I need help with my diet.....I'm 24,male,10% BF, and 186llbs
My diet looks like this:

1. 6 egg whites/one yolk- and two slices wheat bread
2. workout
3. metrx/water and fresh strwberries
4. steak or chicken with salad
5. designer whey protein blast 40 gram drink
6. tuna and potatoe
7. 6 egg omelet

My goal is to get to 7% Bf
help me out!
 
the first thing i would do is take the salad out of meal 4 and have a potato instead. Take the potato out of meal 6 and have the salad with the tuna.


if you can , replace the potato with a yam.

Why don't you let me get you more sups? More is better.
Try the meal in a bag called Voilla, shit is fat free, cheap and good. Variety of chix, potatoes, pasta, and veggies.
