This is my current diet. Revised and will follow for another month and take more pictures.

I just recently started the above diet, so i hope to see results within a month. Will 100% starting the gym this wed so will definately see results with this good cutting diet. Thanks guys for all the help. Any info/advice is nice.

I can tell im loosing weight, and now that im taking pictures along the way i can see the results too, i recomend anyone who can take pictures along the way to track progress to do so, it really helps in the motivation.

Keep up the hard work man...........just an FYI, so you arent mislead, looking at the pics, you appear to be closer to the 18-20% now and higher in the two weeks prior.....youll get there.........
 
really? that high? Damn lol. god damn BF caliber! but hey! imm still loosing! imma havta go and recheck everything, but thanks!

You think i got a low reading because i did the 4 point Bf test, like my right bicep and tricep, and my right shoulder blade. The BF was low in the other 3 spots, and high in the gut. Maybe thats why i got low reading? But ill re-check when i get home Thanks!

You did your own BF? Have someone else do it. You'll get better results. Looking at your pics I would ask what your training looks like. How much cardio are you doing and when? How much resistance training and when? What does your split look like and how long have you been training the way you are training now?

Your diet looks ok but I would consider throwing out the PB, Cereal, and bread. I would try to add some actual solid protiens like chicken and do away with the protein drink as well. There are too many sugars there to do you much good. If at all possible don't drink your protein.

Last thing I would do is throw some ruffage in there. I don't see any vegetables at all. They will help fill you up and keep you regular. Besides you will expend more energy burning through most of them if you eat them raw.

Just some thoughts.

Im following same Diet Plan, just modified a little to balance in my PWOS. Eating around 2k cals daily. Cardio 5X daily Lifting 4X. I love it when i can get to gym to run 7 days a week. But 5X Always.

Hopeing to be around 180 LBS by May 27, with a lower BF%. Maybe around 12-13 by May, But i will be down to the 10's in couple months. Thanks Guys!

One thing that I have noticed with my weight loss...and I see it with you also, the upper part of the belly button sags a little. It's ok though, it tightens up. I have another body part that resembles yours and that is the chest. If I could just get them squared off underneath then I would be one happy mofo.
You are looking better bro! keep up the good work and stay motivated...don't forget to allow yourself a reward (cheat day) every once in a while so you won't get bored with it. Mine was yesterday, had a piece of home made carrot cake with icing and a couple keebler cookies LOL, Damn, they were good too!
Pics always help, but I take them a little less often.

Of course your BF caliper may not be accurate as far as the total %, but one thing they are good for is measuring progress. Even if they are not correct, one time you might squeeze up 25mm on the gut but then in a couple of weeks or so ...you might get 20 mm. So at least you can measure your progress and the mirror can always tell you when your total BF% is at the right place to suit you!

Ya the BF% might not be right on, but its a way to track what im loosing. Yep ill get my stomach to tighten up in couple months just takes time,(i had my cheat day, had some theature popcorn from popsecret (80cals popped lol so it wasnt a big cheat it just tasted so damn good lol)). Ya right now my chest is what i am focusing on right now. I will have it back up to par in little while. Just got back to the gym so far i only hit the chest 2 times, so time will help that out nicely. In fact i love whata good chest looks like reguarless of the gut ya know(the gut will one day be gone) but a nice chest slims everything down IMO(well maybe it just makes the body more easier on the eyes). So hopefully several months and hard work ill be in top shape. Thanks for the pointouts now i can work harder lol

Hey guys. I havent been posting alot. alot of stuff happened. Bought a car, my gym got closed by marshals, blah blah. I havnt been to the Gym in 2 weeks. I also cheated alittle bit too much for my diet (but still wasnt too bad) But it feels good it feels like i needed a break,now im back on it strict again.
5 months strait w/o a break was stressfull. Now im back. I didnt put on any weight, infact lost several pounds still. Little bit lower BF also.

Nice work!!!! You are higher than 16% judging from the pics, but progress has def. been made..........you'll get there, just tighten up that diet!!!!
 
You know I was only being constructive brutha....re-read my post and didnt want you to think it was negative......you have the desire and dedication....you will get there......

I'm trying to friggn get out! lol....well, not really, but it does play games with your head....once those abs dice through, you won't want them to go......however, once you are there, It's very easy to get back. I was once 240, strong, and decently ripped....I CANT get back there.......

Im going to stay on diet for remainer of the year.

My B-Day Weekend I got thrashed partied away went dancing came home, barbecues all weekend! GREAT! BEST CHEAT DAYS POSSIBLE! only thing is woke up 174 LBS on Monday! BUT WHO GIVES A SHIT! I went from 240LBS to 170 in
6 Months Basically! With DIET no Crash DIETS.

I will follow the Same Diet i have listed. Maybe Going up to 2000Cals/Daily.

I want to say thanks to everyone here for the TIPS i really really needed them there is no way in hell i could have done this without knowledge and you guys really have alot of fuckin knowledge here..

By the end of the year before i party for new years i want to be under 10%BF and i will be. I only have have about 7% left to go give or take a few calculations lol.

I only was in a GYM 1.5 months out of the 6. My gym was shut down by Marshals.

And i was on Leg injuries before. So its basically Diet.

i was taking an ECA stack preety good one. but my cardio was intense when i was doing it.

30-40minx HIIT Daily.

Preety good split tho. Basically followed pintocas routine.

It does look like i put on Mass, Prob because i was only a STRONG kid. Always Athletic, The muscles were probbably hidding behind fat? I had 16" arms at my fattest. Now they are 13-14.

Thanks tho. Diet was Very strict. 1800-2000 cals daily.

Ok this is what i did.

Took the 1/2 pint ( i believe its 1/2) of the Egg whites.
Took 2 cups of Brown Rice Cook em up.

Split them into 3 even breakfasts.

and with my breakfast
NonFatMilk with 2 scoops of Whey protein.

In the MATH point of View Each individual meal

Food Name Servings Cals Fat Carb Prot
Brown Rice/Egg Whites 338 2 51 23
EAS Whey Protein 120 2 4 22
Milk, nonfat,m) 90 1 12 9

Preety good amount of Cals. High Cal breakfast keeps me going and its easier to hit my calorie goals by the end of the day.

I am down 64 lbs... I took a 2 weeks pause (mini bulk) when I plateaued and came back to cutting with a vengeance... Should hit 200lbs (for the first time in 10 years or so still this week)... will post a "Milestone" thingie when I get there with a full report (graph, pics, routines, diet, cardio, the works).

Glad you figured out how to get passed that plateu. I took a week off last week for my birthday week. Still watched what i ate but wasnt good for dieting lol. But ya glad to hear your gonna reach your goal too! Shit we both will get our damn goals of 10%bf.

Gotta join another gym tho but hey! Im lovign it!

Damn junk food i was eating must have had a toll on my metabo, thank god with some effort and good food get that metab back on track!

Diet is key. I have learned that. Considering i was at the gym for 1.5 month out of the 6 months i was dieting.

Ok Fellas. I just finished up some personal problems with some debt ( i bought a amazing car and blew the engine within the first month, but not after maxing out all credit cards and stuff like that before the engine replacement! Did i mention im 18? lol )

My gym got closed about a month ago after i signed up for a whole yr and only got to use it for a 1.5 months. So now that my finances are settling back, i am going to be joining another gym.

Also, for the time being i will be jumping rope in the monring again since it is beautiful out. Summer time is here.

Cardio+Diet is key and jumping rope feels so good it feels like a complete body workout. Plus i know i burns a decent amount of Cals too! AM CARDIO BABY HERE I COME! HERE I COME GOALS!

NEW GOALS:

DROP TO 160LBS with LOWER BF THEN NOW
WHEN I HIT 9% BF BULK UP TIME
SO I WANT TO BE 170-175 LEAN.

Looking to be 9%BF By NEW YEARS!

I AM GOING TO BE 9%BF BY NEW YEARS!

I want to look GOOD. I DO WANT ABS(REASON FOR 9%BF)!!!

BUT i dont want to look scrawny. I WAS FAT so ALOT of people CAN REALLY tell the difference in my weight loss. I still want to maintain a good physique with good strenght, and good decent size.

As for my pictures i think my chest will look good when fully developed.

As for the Lifestyle channge im really enjoying it. I feel healthier i get up earlier and easier. Move quicker, just not as lazy. And that makes me feel great.

BUT im wondering what would a decent weight for me to be. i know my goals is 170-175 9%BF how would i look? I would love to be 180 LBM. but 170-175 Sounds more reasonable.

I surpassed my goals by 100%. Next goal is to bulk back up to about 180lbs at 10% BF. Might take another year but Got to do what ya gotta do.

Hey Yep I run.

I used to Run HIIT Based On how pintoca used to do his HIIT.

I only did cardio ( HIIT) for honeslty 1.5 months out of this diet. Any other cardio was Jumping Rope. At least 15-20 mins jumping rope.

I used to be big into Cardio while at the gym but the gym got closed down and my cardio went out the window.

My results are honestly basically from Diet. I know how everyone says 90% diet. and if you look at me you can tell that is true. Dont get me wrong If i was doing strict cardio i would have lost more and toned up more. Damn i wish i did cardio more again!

BUT when i did do Cardio it was for at least 5 minute warm up at reg heart rate. Then 20 Minutes HIIT. Then 5 Minute Cool down ( Cool down and warm up are at about 50% MHR ) HIIT Was at around 80MHR.

I shreded alot of BF% doing the cardio.

Let me get this out. I consider 3X a week light cardio. this is what i do now. Maybe 3 X a week. But since its summer time im more active.

GOOd Cardio Week.
5X Week.(doing this during the peak of the diet) 4X HIIT and 1 day Regualr Jogging for me.

But im not going to Lie. Diet was my success story here. I was extremely extremely calorie aware and strict. I kind of figured my own body out. So i munipulated my Ratios.

Also. After about 2-3 Months on diet i hit my peak. Changed Diet up alittle, not too much tho. Just added in more EFA Fats(sounds ironic, but it helped hit the calorie mark) Then after 3-4 months I also added an ECA Stack to my Routine for 2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off. Then 1 bottle on 2 weeks off.

I will be starting my Clen that i had from a WHILE BACK, i just want to finish off the ECA i have. Then Use Clen on 2 weeks Clen off 2 weeks. This is what im planning. I dont ever plan to get this low weight again tho. I cut up amazing i think and i feel i need to go the extra yard to fully get all the fat from my lower abdominal gone. Once that fat is gone i want to BULK up to maybe around 180 at 10% BF or less. since this is the first time in my Life to see my Abs i never want to loose them again.

So 100% by the end of the summer i will be re-joinging a gym ( i would have rejoined a gym just ran into some personal and finacial problems considering im only 19 now those 2 things play a big factor) but im glad i stayed on diet and made it threw it. Now my life is settling back down to normal and i have the funds to do the "unneccessary" things in life like the gym lol. Even tho i love the gym i just couldnt afford it and i will be able to.

If i get to the gym before I loose my abdominal fat it would be great because i will def loose it then. But if im happy with my results its time to put on some lean mass.

But whoever is reading this success story, you can do it to trust me. Im no machine. Im an ordinary 19 year old man who loves to party/ have fun and still made a conscious effort for my weight and the severe obesity problem in america. I knew i wasnt at a healthy weight and needed to do something about it.

But my MAIN #1 Advice is....

READ! READ! READ! I know for a fact i did so good on my diet because i read so fuckin much on this damn site. Pintoca's Post/ Chef's Posts/ Brens Post/ And all the misc post by all the EF members have a ton a valuable information wich should be fully read before any majore change is done because you can spend 6 months in the gym cutting up and heres my Mr nutrition who hardley hit the gym and looks great. PLEASE READ dont half ass your efforts. I think it is essential to know about EFA's and ratios and all that shit. so just read! You will love your results if you know what your doing!

Just a quick opinion question.

I have about 100 tabs of German Clen, couple weeks supply of my OPENED ECA Stack, and 1 month of a closed ECA Stack for me to open.

Should I...
A. Use up all the ECA stack and order more when i start the Clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off)?

B. Use up the rest of this months supply of the ECA stack, Start the clen, Rin 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, use the Closed bottle i have up. and then order more ECA Stack.

I know they are basically same idea plan with an extra month of eca stack in between.

im askin this ebcause i want to know if i should even bother the Clen yet. I mean i have been taking this eca stack on/off for a little bit and think maybe clen will be a good shocker.

But if you guys recomend waitng untill i kill all the ECA then ill def do that. But damn all this fuckin hard work is killing me! lol

Oh and Rom...For the Green Tea/flax. Every monring i take green tea and flax pills. I know the pills are not the best, but they are something. I take 1 green tea pill (325mcg) and 2 Flax Seed Pills, and 2 Fishoil Tabs. I also eat 1 serving of ALL Natural Peanutu butter daily, so that adds in some flax.

You really think so? I didnt feel too much weaker. My Bench is still at 195 Max. But i was doing around 205 couple months ago at the gym.

But your prob right i def lost some muscle but really alot? Thanks for the criticism tho looks like my ass needs to hit the gym alot earlier then planned huh

NEW READINGS ON BODY FAT SCALE. i had some one TEST ME IN SEVERAL SPOTS. 9.5 % BODY FAT IS THE READING I GOT. I MEAN it has to be somewhat accurate if You need to be under 10% BF to see abs i must me somewhere around there.

AHH! Love it. Live it!
GOAL: 180LBS At under 10%.

Updates: Just started upping my daily cal intake 2 days ago. Slowly getting up to about 2200/day. Will be getting to the Gym. Diet is still on key. Cant wait to start growing again. I miss my mass. But now atleast its going to be LEAN MASS! ahaha! Thanks again fellas this site has helped alot!

Loading Phase now. By Oct Should be back in Gym for Bulk.

You've done a great job man and you are really an inspiration . I've started my own strict calorie diet by reading alot of what pintoca posted and by reading that ebook Burn The Fat Feed Te Muscle by Tom Venuto. I was thinking about skipping the pics but since i saw yours i'm going to get some up immediately. I'm about 29.5% BF right now and i'm looking to get it to 15% in 6 months. Again thanks for the inspiration and congratulations on your new body . If you want to check out my thread and if you have any opinions on it.

Seriously, i just got a second job to get myself out of debt. So i work from 8-4 and then 5-9. Not too bad, just for the next 2 months. (christmas and shit.) and i should be back on track 100%

Only thing that sucks im probabbly going to go back to eating maitence cals =[ i lost my abs alittle, but im not minding because summer is still a far way off, and i KNOW for a fact i can loose it =]
I do my situps/pushups but i cant wait to be back in the gym.

Thanks for tracking my progress tho! Ill get some pics up ASAP

I also started cutting again (cut the bulking by one week). I need to post progress, gained a TON of strenght, where is it coming from I don't know since I see no change...

then again, I was doing 5x5 so I guess it worked: Increased core strenght, no cosmetical focus (my DL and squats increased by 66 lbs, my bench increased by 44 lbs in about 1.5 months)

sweet, now Im stronger and fatter... oh well, back to the drawing board.
 
hah Pint! Back to the drawing board lol me too! We got fat after the summer! lmao. I really dont mind tho. I feel good about how i look.

When i start strenght training i am going to do the 5x5, how was it Pint? Very noticable strenght increase? What about muscle size did you increase your sizes?

Ive read couple of books. And i really liked this one "How to pack on 35LBS of muslce in 12 weeks." Thats my goal lol.

Imagine 160 + 35 = 195LBS LEAN!

So 12 weeks is 3 months Big Bulker with 5x5 plan. and the 2 month STRICT FUCKING CUTTER. I hope i still to it. i really want to so bad but i got this job at night so im expecting to to start maybe Dec, BUT WOULD LOVE TO START END OF OCT. Wich i hope is my goal so i have time to play with before the Summer. Pint, I say we should start or orgranize another contest, get couple of guys and work something out, just for fun to keep it interesting.

and Pint, there was a post about bodybuilding ebooks. If u didnt grab them up yet i realy learned ALOT OF INFO from the reads. Even some stuff i didnt know!
