From 15 days i go to gym to fit and strong body. i have issue with low weight. i want to know that what i should eat to increase my weight. give me your suggestion thanx.
 
I think that the ideal way of increasing your weight is to make sure that you intake more calories than what you burn off. It's the exact opposite to losing weight.
