how much you are taking?
the more you take the more important carbs become especially simple carbs
the less you are taking the more important total calories become.
either way. you should shoot for bodyweight x 12-15 for calories
go with 40-50% of calories from carbs
40-30 % from protien
and 30-20% from fat
something like that. but its hard to do. you will be so hungry on dnp.
