i am a female age 21 who plays basketball for a university so i don't really have a choice on the workout i do because we are in mid season. we have a basketball workout for about 2 hrs a day and it is pretty strenuous. we also lift about two days a wk. i am 5'9'' 170 and want to lose some weight and tone up. so i was wanting suggestions on a diet and products to take. i'll take any suggestions....esp from mr. x. thanks.
