In order to get help from English people, you should convert metric to English measuring units. Otherwise, many people will not be able to relate to what you are asking.
177 cm tall = 69 inches = 5 ft. 9 inches tall.
76 kg = 76 kilograms = 168 pounds.

According to body mass index or ideal weight calculators, you are 7 pounds overweight. But that is good if you are a lean body builder, and the extra weight is muscle. However, your post implies that you are just a little pudgy (overweight) for the "normal" person.

You should tell us more details about your workout. 4 days per week is fine for a beginner, which you seem to be. But, are you doing the same workout each day? Then that is not so good. You should at least select 1/2 of your body parts and work them on Mon. Then do the other half of your body on Tues. Then repeat the cycle on Thursday and Friday.

If you want help, tell us more about your workout routine. Which body parts do you do when? There they are many examples of workout routines for someone on your schedule, so you should just look them up on the internet and chose 2 or 3 different routines. Then do one routine for several weeks, then change to the 2nd routine for several more weeks, then change to the 3rd routine for several more weeks. Then start over. By then, you can select a more advanced routine, because you will be more experienced. And, keep studying the subject.

fat burner tablets you might lose a few pounds during the week.. but when you go off of them you will gain the weight right back + some. trust me, been there dont that.

ur best bet is to RUN every other day... and also tweak around your diet. list ur diet, i bet its easier than you think.

How does it get back on again? i mean if u take it, u lsoe weight, then u follow ur strictly made diet alogn working out. Eatin the same kind of food u did while on it, or less. depenging how much u exercise ofc.

Thought it'd just help em on the way to show me improvements quicker =/ that way i keep more motivated and i'll go on till im satisfied :p but idk :S

Most people look end up cheating, and unfortunately they fail at their diet plan that is why weight loss is such an enormous market.
As far as fat burning, GNC - meltdown is one that I really like. I would stay away from stuff like clenbuterol, it is dangerous.
For workouts personally I do:
Mon - Chest and Triceps
Tues - Shoulders and delts
Wed - Back and Bi's
Thurs - Legs

For beginer diet and workout help look up Omega, he has some great routines, he has an Omega Project that is really good and for a less expensive option the Pamphlete which is a good solid diet and work out routine.
