Wanted to know if anyone knows of any books or knows of any programs.Were they tell you what you can eat an the times of the day an how much etc ....
 
you gota eat every 2-3 hours and whatever you eat should contain high amounts of protein bro, no carbs before bed
 
I would highly recommend Tom Venuto's e-book, burn the fat, feed the muscle.

Stuart McRobert also has a new book, Build muscle, lose fat look great. I have it but haven't read it yet.
